Following the recent announcement at the launch of the Pixel 7a, Flipkart has revealed that F1 Info Solutions & Services will be responsible for providing end-to-end after-sales service support for Google Pixel smartphones in India.
F1 Info Solutions & Services Private Limited, a subsidiary of Flipkart, operates a centralized repair center in Noida and will also offer walk-in services at 28 service centers across 27 cities in the country.
At these walk-in service centers, customers will have the opportunity to address simple issues or seek information about the features of their Pixel device. If their device requires physical repair, it will be sent to the centralized repair center in Noida, where it will be securely packaged and shipped for servicing. F1 Services will maintain communication with the user until their device is repaired and returned to the center.
F1 Services has made significant investments in training and building a skilled team of technicians to ensure high-quality after-sales services for its customers. These technicians have received training from Google experts specifically for servicing Google Pixel phones, as mentioned by Flipkart.
Flipkart also highlighted that F1 Services has an extensive network of proprietary services and partner networks, allowing for seamless service experiences. Customers can easily locate the nearest service center through the provided link.
